Twic Card is a prepaid debit card in which your benefits accounts under Twic is housed. You may use the card anywhere VISA is accepted and the transactions are automatically linked to the various benefits accounts your Twic account holds.
***Your Twic Card is linked to your Twic account and the transactions are subject to the approval rules set by your company. To see a list of eligible and ineligible card transactions, see here. Transactions may be rejected if they are considered ineligible under the policy.
As soon as your card is swiped, you will receive a text message notifying you of the transaction. It will also be logged in History in your Twic account for you to review.
Types of Cards
We offer 2 types of Twic Cards: virtual and physical. Depending on the options your company chose to enable, you may be able to request for one or both types of cards.
If you request a virtual card, the card is immediately available for use. You can view your card information directly in your Twic account by clicking on the Settings section of the drop down menu located in the upper right-hand corner.
The virtual card can be used online or anywhere else where you can simply provide a card number (i.e. over the phone).
If you request a physical card, the card will be shipped to the shipping address you provided in the card request form in 7-10 business days. The card is also immediately available for use once it's in your hands -- no need to activate it!
***Please note note that your card number will not be available in your Twic account due to security reasons.
Is Twic Card a Debit or Credit Card?
It's a debit card! It works just like any normal debit card; however, it can only be used on products and services that are eligible under the policy set forth by your employer and only up to the balance available in your Twic Wallet.
Does My Card Have a PIN Number?
No. There is no pin number associated with your Twic card.

Where Can I Find My Twic Card Balance?
Your Twic Card balance is connected to your Twic Wallet. Please navigate to your Twic account and click on the Accounts in the top navigation bar to locate your Twic Card balance.
How Can I Apply For a Twic Card?
Depending on the options your company chose to enable, you may be able to request for a Twic Card.
Simply navigate to your Twic account and click on the Settings section of the drop down menu located in the upper right-hand corner. If your company has enabled the Twic Card option, you will find the Twic Card section located on the left menu panel.
If you're on the Twic mobile app version, you can also find this section by clicking on the Settings icon on the bottom right-hand corner, then click on Twic Card.
Once you have arrived on the Twic Card page, simply click on the Add Card button to request a new Twic Card. Once the card is issued, you will also find all the relevant settings on the same page.
Where Can I Use My Twic Card?
We recommend adding your virtual card or physical card to your mobile wallet on iOS and Android. This allows you to pay in the physical world where smart payments are accepted. Where you can use your Twic Card is determined by your employer's program policy. We recommend reference your program policy to ensure eligibility.
