Welcome to Twic! We're excited to help you pick and choose the benefits that matter to you. In this article, we'll show you the basic functions of your Twic account. 

Check My Balance

To check the balance in your account, navigate to the top right corner and find the wallet icon. 

Once click, a full list of available benefits accounts will be display, along with the account balance, renewal information, and more. 

*You may see the amount being displayed in your local currency or points. The point system, if displayed, is a custom system that your company has set up. Please refer to the program policy for details. 

Spend The Money

You have 3 ways to spend the subsidy in your Twic Account, listed below. 

  1. Twic Store
  2. Twic Card
  3. Reimbursement Claim

*Please note that one or more spending methods may be unavailable based on your company's program policy.

Twic Store

All vendors in Twic Store are considered eligible under this program policy and the eligibility is verified automatically. You do not need to submit for reimbursement when placing an order.

Twic Card

You may also apply for Twic Card, both virtual and physical copies, directly in your account. The card allows you to pay for eligible expenses anywhere a credit card is accepted. You do not  need to submit for reimbursement when a transaction is approved and verified through Twic Card.

Reimbursement Claim

If you choose to pay out of pocket for an eligible expense, make sure to retain the receipt and submit a reimbursement claim, which will be processed within 2-3 days within the Twic portal and be deposited into your paycheck directly.

Check My History

To find a list of past transactions, order, and subscription, use History in your profile. Please click on the profile photo and choose the history option.

Twic's friendly neighborhood Member Experience Team is available 5 days a week during regular business hours. There are two channels to reach us. 

In-app Chat

Once logged in to your Twic account, you'll notice a circular button hovering on the lower right hand corner. Click on the button to bring up a list of options. Chances are, you might have found this article through it!
