Depending on the accounts that you've enrolled in, you may be able to request a card for your dependents to help them access the benefits accounts easier.
Cards for dependents can be ordered on or after the plan effective start date. Please note that dependents are only eligible to be covered with your HSA, FSA, LPFSA, and DCA accounts. Commuter benefits are only eligible for the account owner only.
To request a dependent card, please go to your Twic portal.
Step 1: Go to the Settings by clicking your profile photo in the upper-right corner.
Step 2: Go to Benefits Card section, and then click Request a Card.
Step 3: Click Add New Dependent, and enter the dependent's information.
Step 4: Fill out the Shipping Address on the next page.
Step 5: Once you click "Submit", then you are all set!
