A printable electronic statement for your HSA transactions is provided free each quarter. If you would like to receive paper statements, please follow the steps:

  1. Log into your Twic Portal.

  2. Go to Accounts → Health Savings Account → Manage → Pay Myself.

  3. Go to Account Resources → Statements.

  4. Change your Delivery Preferences to Electronic & Paper.

  5. Done!

If you are good with Electronic statements, you can download it in Statements. Statements will be generated beginning the 1st of the month for the prior months activity and should be available by the 10th of the current month.
