- Click History from the menu bar.
- Select the event you would like to cancel in the Active tab or in the Previous tab.
- Click the Cancel button.
- Your reservation is now canceled.
- If it is a paid event, by clicking the Cancel button, you also send a refund request to us. We will process your refund within 48 hours.
- If you don’t see a cancel button, please check cancellation policy to make sure its cancellable or contact support for further assistance.
