- If your company cancel the event, you will get an email notification with a link to the event reservation detail (or you can log into your account, click My history, and click the event you would like to get a refund). Click the refund/cancel button and you will get a refund by canceling your registration.
- If the event hasn't started, you can cancel the reservation and get a refund by clicking the cancel button.
- If the cancellation button is not available, check your company's cancellation/refund policy to check your eligibility.
- If none of the above applies, submit a request through our support system to request a refund.
